My name is Cale, and I’ve been roofing for over 10 years. Early on, I learned that this trade isn’t just about putting shingles on a house.

When I first started, I saw a side of the industry that didn’t sit well with me. I worked for companies that were disorganized, unreliable, and careless with both their work and their people. I remember driving my boss’s truck because he didn’t even have a license, waiting around just to get the day started. As I moved from company to company, I realized it wasn’t just one bad experience… it was a pattern.

I saw poor workmanship, jobs left unfinished, overall just a complete lack of accountability. Even worse, I saw unsafe practices that put people’s lives at risk. In roofing, one mistake can be serious, and I’ve seen firsthand what can happen when safety isn’t taken seriously. That was never something I was willing to accept. No amount of money is worth that kind of risk.

At the same time, I discovered something. I loved the work itself. There’s nothing like starting your day before the sun, being out in the fresh air, and stepping back at the end of the day to see a job completed properly. Within my first couple of years, I found my rhythm. I worked hard, learned the craft inside and out, and took pride in doing things the right way.

Eventually, I decided I wasn’t going to keep working in an environment where corners were cut and standards were low. I wanted full control over the quality of the work, the way jobs were run, and how customers were treated. That’s why I started my own company.

For me, this business isn’t about rushing jobs or pushing unnecessary work. It’s about honesty, consistency, and doing things properly from start to finish. When a customer hires me, they’re getting someone who takes responsibility for the entire job not just the result, but the process.

What matters most to me is how a customer feels when the job is done. You should have peace of mind knowing the work was actually needed, done correctly, and built to last. You shouldn’t have to second guess anything or wonder if corners were cut.

And when the job is complete, I don’t disappear. If you ever have a question, concern, or just want reassurance down the road, I’m still the person you can call.
