When You're Ready, Purchase Your Detailed Quote

When you're ready to seriously explore the project, you can purchase a detailed quote. This allows us to prepare accurate pricing based on the real scope of work and focus on customers who are ready to move forward.

The cost of your quote is fully credited toward your final bill if you proceed with the project.

Once your detailed quote is in progress, we arrange an inspection time that works for you.

During the inspection, we confirm measurements, pitch, penetrations, access, and any special conditions. We also take photos and note any details specific to your home and project.

We'll also go over what your roof actually needs. If something is unnecessary, we'll tell you that too.

You'll receive a clear, detailed quote based on the real scope of work, immediately following the inspection.

If you decide to proceed, we move ahead with scheduling and planning your project.

Materials are ordered and the job is fully prepared so nothing gets missed.

We schedule your roof replacement based on availability and weather, and keep you informed along the way.

Our crew completes the roof replacement with a focus on quality, safety, and proper installation.

Once the work is complete, we perform a full cleanup of the property, removing debris and leaving the area clean and safe.

After cleanup, we schedule a final inspection to ensure everything has been completed properly and meets our standards.

If you have any questions or concerns after the job is complete, we're always available to help.

FAQs

Asphalt shingles usually have a lifespan of 20-30 years, depending on factors like climate, maintenance, and quality of installation.

3-tab shingles are flat and have a uniform appearance, while architectural shingles have a multi-dimensional look with varying shapes and sizes, providing a more aesthetically pleasing appearance.

Regular inspections, keeping gutters clean, removing debris, repairing any damaged shingles promptly, and ensuring proper attic ventilation can help maintain the longevity of your asphalt roof.

Most asphalt shingles have a Class A fire rating, which means they offer the highest level of fire resistance.

Asphalt shingles are designed to withstand various weather conditions, including wind, rain, snow, and hail. However, extreme weather events can still cause damage.

Signs such as curling or missing shingles, granule loss, leaks, and visible damage indicate that your asphalt roof may need replacement.

While asphalt shingles can be recycled, their production and disposal still have environmental impacts. However, there are eco-friendly options available, such as shingles made from recycled materials or those designed for energy efficiency.

The cost of asphalt roofing can vary depending on factors like the type of shingles, the size and complexity of the roof, and the location. Generally, asphalt roofing is one of the most cost-effective options for residential roofing.
